Job Title: Architect / PM

 

The Candidate:

We are seeking a licensed architect who is enthusiastic about contributing to a diverse and dynamic team. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. Candidates should resonate with our inclusive culture and be eager to contribute to a team that values professional development and personal growth.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional Degree in Architecture (M.Arch or B.Arch)

  • Licensed to practice in the United States

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an architecture firm

  • Proficiency in: Revit and AutoCAD

  • Experience and understanding of the International Building Code and local zoning ordinances

  • Experience producing construction documents and specifications

  • Construction administration experience

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Lumion, Microsoft Office, Monograph, or Google Suite

  • Client management experience, particularly with institutional clients

  • Graphic design skills

     

Job Title: Office Administrator / Business Coordinator
 

The Candidate:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator / Business Coordinator who can manage multiple operational and administrative aspects of our business. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage bookkeeping, payroll, HR duties, and potentially contribute to marketing and proposal writing. The ideal candidate should align with our firm’s commitment to diversity and innovation.

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience with bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll, and human resources

  • Proficiency in: QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, social media management, or graphic design

  • Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite, Monograph, or Google Suite

  • Understanding of employee benefits and HR laws

  • Experience in proposal writing and project presentations

  • Understanding of professional service firms, particularly the AEC industry
